A violent clash erupted in the stands during Tuesday night’s Saudi Pro League top-of-the-table match between Al-Nassr and Al-Hilal, with fans using sticks and bottles in ugly scenes.

Scuffles broke out between supporters of Al-Nassr and Al-Hilal after the derby ended in dramatic fashion. Al-Nassr appeared to be heading for a crucial 1-0 win that would have sealed the Saudi league title, but a late own goal gave Al-Hilal an equalizer, leaving the match tied at 1-1 and delaying the title decider.
Immediately after the final whistle at Al-Awwal Park, footage shared by journalist Ma’an Al-Qwaiee showed groups of fans from both sides attacking each other with sticks and bottles in a distressing scene. The video suggests the crowd nearly damaged the stands, with no security personnel present during the brawl.
